SECURIFOR 358 DSKIN - DENDERMONDE - BELGIUM

Since 1863 the prison of Dendermonde serves as a house arrest and punishment home. It is built according to the classical Ducpétiaux model.

The prison is a star-shaped prison of which it's cell capacity is divided into three wings. The facility currently exists of 169 cells. Nine prisoners can also stay in a separate department under limited detention. The prison of Dendermonde is the only device within the judicial district of Dendermonde.
