Pier with Betafence Fencing System Rügen may be one of the most favoured German islands and functions as a stopover during voyages in the Baltic Sea.
During the remodelling process of the harbour of Sassnitz in August 2014 the pier has been redesigned as well. Now a 250 m long Barofor Square fence with gates by Betafence controls the crowds at the pier.
